Troubleshooting Email Deliverability

If you’re having issues receiving emails from Yardeni Research, please try the following:

1. Email Client Troubleshooting

a. Check junk folders

Check all of your folders (spam, junk, other) to see if your email client is filtering our emails.

b. Add yardeni_requests@yardeni.com as a contact

Adding our send address as a contact in your email client will help our emails stay in your inbox

c. Add yardeni.com to your safe sender list

2. IT Team Solutions

if you’re still having issues, you can ask your IT team to whitelist our dedicated IP Address:

192.168.1.1

All research emails we send will come from this IP Address.
